Booking will be confirmed by email and by the payment of the deposit. Payment happens upon arrival with cash payment and after that the apartment keys will be given.
Cancellation of booking up to 9 days before 50% of the deposit. For the upcoming period, the full amount of the deposit. For early departure it is required to pay 50% of unused days.
The apartment is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and by regulation they must be returned 10:00 AM the day of departure (penalty fee equivalent to one day).
At the day of departure, please vacate the apartment in the same condition in which it was delivered: clean, kitchen utensils and kitchen clean and free from rubbish.
You can't smoke in the apartment. Small pets are allowed on payment.

 Conditions
Prices include: final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, heating, TV SAT (Hotbird), private parking, use of private garden and swimming pool, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen, dishes, phon, broom, mop, bucket, parking for car, space for sports equipment in the garden. Available on request a cot/bed for children and baby high chair.
Prices do not include: air conditioning 5 €/day, weekly change of double bed linen 10€, single bed 5€, bathroom linen and kitchen 5 €, Internet wifi 10€/week, cot/baby bel and high chair 10 €/week
Children under 3 years: gratis
